Once an order is placed, it is usually dispatched within 48 hours. The length of delivery depends on the location. Within Lagos, you will get it between 3-5 working days. Outside of Lagos & international shipping, it takes 5-7 working days.

We operate a ‘No Refund’ return policy, but you can get an item exchanged within 3 days of receipt. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full shipping info.

Our accessories are hand-dyed and 100% silk. All accessories should be dry-cleaned only.

Every country has different customs and duty policies. Please check with your local customs in your country to confirm if duty payments will be required. The customer bears the cost of duty in the country where the goods are received.

Your purchases are delivered in a terracotta structured bag with ribbon, so it makes for a perfect gift. 

If you're giving an accessory as a gift, you can leave a note for the recipient in the "Order Notes" box when you check out. We will handwrite the message and send it.

Payments and Security

You can only pay for your purchases with a credit or charge card. Simply enter your credit card or debit card number, its expiry date and its card verification number on the relevant page. 

The safety of your information is our utmost priority. Neema Tai does not store customer credit card information. Information is not shared or traded with third parties.

Please be aware, however, that no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and any information disclosed online can potentially be collected and used by persons other than the intended recipient.

You need an account to access your information at any time from all your devices as well as: Go to your cart, manage your address book and preferred store location, request an exchange, manage your order history and download the related invoices, update your personal data etc.
However, if you prefer not to create an account or have us store the above-mentioned information, you can also do your shopping as a guest.
